Robert Warner Rees

Robert was born on April 2, 1928 and grew up during a hard time in America. He entered the US Air Force and served during both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Robert retired for the service and in civilian life he went on to become a member of the Masons, the Shriners, the American Legion, the Lions Club, and was a life member of the US Judo Association. He loved the people around him as well as his community. He was a member of the Palmer Baptist Church.

One of his great loves was Amateur Radio. He showed up at the meetings with a joke and a smile. He always tried to make people laugh, and was a genuinely funny person. One couldn't help but like him.

Robert passed away on March 29, 2006 at the age of 77 after a fight with cancer. Everyone enjoyed Robert's company and he will be greatly missed.
